I never said there was a legal requirement to admit foreigners to West Point. And while acceptance to any public college or university is a privilege, not a right, a simple Google search will tell you that Title IV of the Civil Rights Act clearly doesn't allow those colleges to discriminate in admissions because of a person's religion. You may not like it, but that's the law.
