Look at 1950, 1958, 1930, 1966, 1974.

Presidential party taking on big losses in Congress leads to loss of White House... 1994 was an exception to the rule.

Those two years also gave us one extremist liberal vote on the Supreme Court, the biggest tax increase in our history, that was not repealed, and a setback in Somalia that encourage Bin Laden to eventually conduct 9/11.

That 2 years harmed America ... Is that your plan? Make America go through hell?
