Utterly ridiculous. This is a thread discussing Islam. As such, a reference to "Mohammad" in this thread would ordinarily be understood by anyone paying the slightest attention to refer to the prophet of Islam, not a boxer or any of the myriad other people named "Mohammad". Same with a reference to Allah. English speakers would never refer to God as "Allah", but Islam's god is always called that in our language.

When you misuse a word, that's the context.

The subject matter is the feigned indignation of a bunch of hypocrites at the idea flushing a Koran could be offensive.
