A printed Bible is still just a book. We don't worship a book. There are, on the other hand, Moslems who literally worship copies of the Koran like they were little idols.

What it means is that they worship one more god than Christians or Jews and are not Monotheistic.

Alas, I know plenty of Christians who do that: They would be horrified at the old adage "I believe in the Father, the Son and the Holy Bible" but it is appropriate to their thinking, nonetheless.
