I guess that AP must be cutting costs by eliminating spell checkers, and hiring journalists who can't spell.

If they do not test again, it will be because the first test was a low-order fissle/squib/failure and they are not sure a second would work either.

There was an earlier post that Chinese oil shipments have been greatly reduced (not stopped, but its a start) until the North responds to China's special ambassador. I think this response can best be described as "YES MASTER".
