I highlighted them above. That's yesterdays news and all the Chinese vist did is reafirm what was resolved in the UN.

The "regret" part is the reporters opinion, not Kims.

He is "sorry" that the nuclear test upset China, but he isn't "sorry" he did it.
The rest of the article is just rehashed old news.
