I went to the rally, I don't think any of us veterans hated anyone except Murtha. Met a lot of very nice people, many of them Veterans or the Families of Serving Soldiers and Marines.
I went to a casino in Biloxi MS and was sitting there with 3 guys who were very obviously military....i asked if they were - they said yes - they were Penn National Guard - just returned from Iraq....we talked and then I said " I think Jack Murtha is a traitor"...and said much more than that - and guess what? the guy was Murtha's nephew...AND -he said he's a crook and should not be re-elected --interesting!
