He referred to Vets for Truth as scumbags. Big difference between that and your headline. If your headline was accurate you would have said he referred to Vets for Truth as scumbags. That's bad enough but not what you imply.
But Vets for truth is made up of Veterans, so he DID call veterans scumbags.
Just like Kerry called veterans liars if they disagreed with him.
