The problem is Judges must be lawyers licensed in FL for 5 years.

The FL Bar is overun by the Democrats.

Even if the appointments were 100% random you would far more likely select a Democrat.

Even when a judge is up for re-election, lawyers are committing career suicide running agains a sitting judge.

I think appeals are going to be flying fast.
