On a Mac I mash option, hold it down and squish e, then release and crush the e key again.

In wintel land it's start>all programs>accessories>character map, then copy and paste the appropriate character

Whats suet?

Suet is raw beef or mutton fat..., especially the hard fat found around the loins and kidneys. It melts at about 21°C (70°F). It is a saturated fat.

There's also something called 'Key Caps' on a Mac it's similar to wintel's character map, except it shows where on the keyboard the option characters appear.

Captialism, my friend, capitalism.....LOL!

I'm actually going over to a friend's farm in the morning after I take my daughter and her friend to school to pick peppers. They've got more than they can deal with and after tasting my jelly invited me to take as much I want.

There is no such animal in my mind as too many peppers and so I will gladly help them out in getting rid of those peppers :) I will leave a few jars of jellies in exchange........

Try them fried in about an inch of olive oil, with a smidge of garlic. They start to open up, just like little Barbie cabbages, and the outer leaves get crispy & dark brown. I thaw out a bag of frozen ones & pat them dry first.
