It's 18 in Georgia unless the person is within five years of the age, then it's 16.

But I think if a person is adult enough to be charged as an adult in a crime. Adult enough to get behind the wheel of a lethal weapon, why not adult enough to decide who to sleep with.

My point is make up your mind, are they adult or aren't they?
