Rose Rock, the mother of comedian Chris Rock, claims she was racially discriminated against when she was seated but ignored for more than a half hour at a Cracker Barrel restaurant along the South Carolina coast.

Without knowing whether she's got a valid claim or not, lousy customer service knows no race.

I once call in an order to a local Pizza Hut and was told I could come in and pick it up in 15 minutes. I got there in about 20 minutes and was told it wasn't ready. Another 15 minutes of waiting and it still wasn't ready. When I spoke to the manager, he told me they had accidentally given my pizza to another take-out customer, but the other guy was bringing it back. He said it should be in anytime now. I just walked out and went to Little Ceasars.
