Like writing sexually explicit instant messages to a page isn't the same as actually DOING IT? By that logic, we should ignore just about everything that Larry Flynt has ever done because he doesn't actually do anything more than sell pictured of it.

Sometimes the law see more crime in a picture than in an act.
While many communities have an age of consent to sexual acts under 18, you'd better not consider taking pictures of your partner or the act even if you AND you partner are both under 18.
