He either died of natural causes (I haven't seen the autopsy and Nancy Grace hasn't had Ye Olde Coroner on her show yet) or is still alive.

I would've said Lemekh, but I didn't see the trial and don't know if he was convicted.

If he died before he exhausted his appeals, then he is an innocent man, just like Ken Lay.
