Michael's rants on "free market capitalism" show that at his core, he's as Authoritarian as any Socialist could ever want to be. Guy wouldn't know sound economic policy if it was beating him in the head with a pimento loaf.
Some of his rants are dead on though.

Guy wouldn't know sound economic policy if it was beating him in the head with a pimento loaf. That is true of many good conservatives. There is, unfortunately, a protectionist strain in our movement. Buchanan is another one.
