Well, for starters, I wouldn't have dealt so much with the little punk, I would have demoralized the parents.

I'm just a little 'ol citizen of this great Country--who's paying for those SS guys to be there. And, as their employer, I can stand up for my Country's behalf with a bit more spirit.
