Exactly. They had to specifically add an exception for securities trading in the bill, otherwise ETrade would be illegal. Also exemptions for sports betting(which the NFL demanded) and horse track racing.

Are you sure about sports exemption? I'm still playing football at my site, but I fear the Internet bill will pull the plug on me soon.
