In San Diego, Office #36 of the Superior Court has two candidates in a run-off:
Larry "Jake" Kincaid,
Rod Shelton.
For Your Information - In the San Diego County elections, Judicial Candidate Larry "Jake" Kincaid has been endorsed by the Republican Party. His opponent, Rod Shelton, has been endorsed by LA RAZA and the ACLU. Please make the appropriate choice on election day - it shouldn't be too hard to decide.
Here are some more judicial candidates up for retention, along with some party affiliations and nominating governor names (which I did not verify), according to Ventura County Republican Central Committee website.
The VCRCC basically endorsed Republicans and recommended "no" votes for Democrats.
Among these judges up for retention, only Gov. Schwarzenegger nominated judges from the opposite major party.
Vote Yes or No for each judge.
