Thanks for the research. This sounds like a high-tech version of Barney Frank's basement!
For those who don't know their "Gay History" :-), Barney had a male prostitute soliciting customers out of Barney's basement. Barney told Congressional investigators he had been duped and didn't know anything about it.
At the time there was a suspicion that Barney was using "the basement connection" to collect blackmail information on the "Johns" to assist his rise to power in DC.

I think that is the KEY implication of this whole tangled web! It looks to me like there is a whole shadowy network at play here.
Hillzoo was apparently the brain child of a republican many moons ago. However, Gunzburger also claims credit for the development of the site and probably had something to do with getting Softec the gig over there.
How long Softec has been involved, we can not be sure at this point.
Whether or not this has anything to do with Foley is also an unknown at this point.
What is known.... is that a gay porn king is running the webpages of Congressional Staffers and a democrat political operative from WAY BACK..... probably had something to do with it!

Now, the question is, what government agency will really investigate this? I am not surprised at your dismissal by the gal at the FBI; it has been my experience that they have a lot of employees who really don't take public calls seriously. I have had both positive and bad experiences calling the FBI with tips assocoiated with possible terrorism, and it seems to me you got a dud like I got one time.
I am glad to see Freepers are forwarding your work to a wide variety of people. It will protect you from undue harassment and will make the odds greater that someone important will see this and investigate.
