It's the Hospital for Special Surgery (or Surgeries) and I believe it is located in the very building that was hit. On the lower floors, though.

The Hospital for Special Surgery main building is actually across the street. The hospital uses the lower floors of this building as a hotel for families with patients in the hospital. There may be some hospital admin offices in the building as well. The top floors are condos I think.
If there are wounded to be treated one of the best hospitals in the world is right there thank God.
