I am just making a distinction between an individual with evil intent compared to a person with the backing of a terrorist organization like Al Q.

I don't consider an individual acting alone to be a terrorist, at least in the same sense as a person working for Bin Laden.

That does not mean they aren't evil, but technically they are not terrorists.

Individual or small cell is plausible at this point , but all I hear is not terrorism. They don't know, just reading from a playbook. What is the pilots name? If it's Abdullah Mustafah or something, then I will believe instant jihad syndrome.
