I have an exact opposite reaction. I would be very surprised if it were terrorism. Accidents happen at a far greater rate than terrorism. Terrorism generally has targets and weapons chose to give the biggest 'impact' such as a highly populated location or a location of vital interest, not a generic every day apartment in a generic every day part of NYC..

I was wrong. Wrong wrong wrong....everyone knows now that it was a NY Yankee, of all people, with too little flying
experience, and an instructor, and a lot of very bad luck/
The amazing thing for me is that I was walking around in that building 3 times last week: It is part of a complex of buildings connected to the Hospital for Special Surgery where my wife had an operation on the 28th.
