Actually, and this may sound ridiculous, is they are making plans to ban all booze imports to this freggin` midget. Kim Menatlly Il if you haven`t heard is a raging alcholic, he spends over half a million a year on booze, and to suddenly cut him off is going to drive him into seizures. This is why he declared a ban on imports "a declaration of war"...There was a story in the NY Post yesterday about this guy and his booze, he drinks 14 glasses of wine in one sitting, goes through cases of Cognac, I mean imagine cutting off a Kennedy, it would kill them.
Close 'em off. Completely. Get Japan and South Korea on board (shouldn't be hard) as well as China (might be tougher.)
The problem is of course that a 1/2 million in "good" hooch can be smuggled across the mountains by a guy with a couple of Llamas.
Cutting off Little Kim's luxuries sounds good, but is not as easy as it sounds. Unless you want to drop every bridge in North Korea and those parts of China and the Russian Far East which border it. But of course if you are going to do that, it will have other more direct and useful effects.
