Wait for a Muslim gal to sue Hooters for not allowing her to wear the hijab.

Didn't a transvestite already sue Hooters?

I don't know about a transvestite suing Hooters, but the Dept. of Labor did about 5 or 6 years ago on behalf of males who were refused a Hooters waitress job.

Hooters ran the most hysterically funny ad I have ever seen -- a dark complexioned kinda guy, wearing falsies and a Hooters T-shirt. He had a dark mustache, two days beard growth and was smoking a cigar.

Caption was [or words to the effect]: "Get Real!"

DoL dropped the lawsuit within a day or so of the ad appearing. I have a copy of it somewhere around here, but can't locate it just now.

Surely, some FReeper has a compuyter FRiendly copy of that ad and can post it for us.
