Besides being nonsensical, this is just plain insanity. Why hasn't the Bush administration request that the UN/NATO get out of Kosovo and the Provence be returned to Serbian governance, where it rightfully belongs? |
That's an excellent question, but the only problem is that if it is handed back to Serbian governance, the Albanians will declare war on the Serbs again. If Kosovo gets anything less than full independence the Albanian population will undoubtedly raise arms.
