I think the largeset device ever detonated by the U.S. was the "Castle Bravo" test in 1954. It was 15 MT. The USSR tested a 50 MT bomb.

OK. I thought I heard Stu say that we tested a 50 M and that the USSR developed a 100 M but could not test it because a plane didn't exist that could carry it.
