It is too late because IF North Korea has nukes then no doubt Japan and other countries will have to go nuclear. YAY another arms race. JUST what this world needs.
You are nuts if you think this isn't a big deal.
Seems to me that China might decide to take care of this one themselves...nuclear Japan and S. Korea has to freak them out...and a rapid arming of that part of the world might even lead to a nuclear Taiwan...they may decide to off the North Koreans and save themselves the trouble of dealing with all the other Asian powers.
And I hope to GOD, as you should, that Japan now goes nuclear.
