I believe that's exactly the original Mad Max interceptor vehicle. It did OK against Toecutter's gang.

Yes, it was a Ford Falcon, but a model that was only sold in Australia (completely different from American model)

You're thinking of the Ford Australia version of the Falcon(still being made, and well thank you), they were refering to the American Ford Falcon which is the "guts" of all the first few generations of Mustang. The '69 was especially nose heavy and had a habit of cracking in the shock towers. I drove one in the '80s and despite it's short comings was my favorite car I ever owned...EVER!
