So far I don't even think anyone has accused Foley of a crime, but I know there are some very nervous people behind this story. I hope anyone who held onto this story spends every penny he has on lawyers and hates taking "the oath" before TV cameras.

You make a good point, Foley has not been accused of any criminal acts. Various talking head defense attorney and former prosecutor commentators have said they've seen no criminal wrong doing by Foley in this case, including the IMs.
