The NCAA has banned the use of some American Indian nicknames and logo in postseason tournaments, saying they are hostile to Native Americans. Huh?
They're only "hostile" in postseason tournaments?

Don't you find it a little funny that the NCAA based in Indiappolis, Indianna, has a problem with indian names? I wish they would enforce minimum academic standards among the players and not worry about BS like the names of teams. Who elected them king?

I think the NCAA's only power to make them change the name is to prohibit them from appearing in any post-season games unless they do.
