But the question is whether Kirk passed on the password to Edmund to fake the chat with someone else playing Foley or did Kirk use Foley's AOL account himself to chat with Edmund? Did Kirk use Foley's e-mail account to chat up with other pages? Was this a conspiracy among staffers and pages to blackmail their bosses with phony but real embarrassing chat logs?

Why are you all wondering how he got Foley's IM screenname? He could have been speaking to Foley at work and even SAID to him, "Here's my [Jordan's] screen name if you ever want to IM me." Foley probably was online within 24 hours.
