It makes sense, but the missing part is when the dem operatives obtained it, who had knowledge of it, and who was the decision maker who distributed it.

I doubt they left a solid direct trail, so back tracing it will be interesting.

Someone was setting up Foley. Now that the FBI is going to investigate I guess the players needed to hire attorneys and come clean.

Nope, ain't buying it either. I think our young friend, the IM'er had a visit from some 'authority figures' after the blogger published out who he was, and was taught a new story to recite to the media, and the FBI, once they show up. A little too neat and tidy, but the average Joe will buy it, so it probably serves it's purpose.

Prank gone awry sounds innocuous. It's better than saying something the Dems had a "Gaygate" operation that has now been exposed.
