There may be some dirty timing on the part of whomever leaked this, and possibly some embellishment in the content of the IM's, but with the hurried resignation and rehab of Foley, where there's smoke, there's a five alarm fire raging. As I've said for days, we're more worried about going after the messenger and not simply worrying about the real problems in our own house.

Come'on. Who was that innocent when they were 16? I made the mistake of going to a gay man's place "for beers" when I was about 16 after a night of work in a restaurant. Well, we've talked about it before frequently. The MSM is so anxious to get dirt on the Right that they simply can't contain themselves long enough to check out a story. The more you want to believe something, the less it takes to convince you. Apparently they haven't heard the saying "If it seems too good to the true, it's probably not true."
