Foley thought the kid was 16. You think that's a "private matter"?

Which "kid," under which circumstance? Are you talking about the e-mail exchanges with the former page from Louisiana, who was sixteen at the time? The FBI looked at those e-mails and decided there was nothing actionable in them.

To my knowledge there have been no other "16 year olds" in this scenario. There was at least one former page who claimed he was 17 when he engaged in some kind of communication with Foley, but since his state was not identified, it is not clear that there was anything illegal there either.

Stands2reason seems to be confounding the minimum age to join the Congressional Page Program, 16, with the age of the ex-pages.

None of the ex-pages are little kids.

On the other hand, Nancy Pelosi's friends in C.R.E.W. who held onto the supposed evidence didn't know that. They thought Foley was cruising to pick up 12 year olds. They, and she, were quite willing to let little boys be attacked by adult, gay drunks until the right political moment arrived.

Pelosi and her gang of running she-dogs are more reprehensible than Foley who seems to have had some concern that his targets were OLD ENOUGH.
