I agree and have maintained this is going to blow over before next week wraps up. If anything, the dems have predictably overplayed their hand and now it remains to be seen if they suffer some blowback.
Ma Pelosi and her 'catholic grandmother' act just doesn't play, I think. The truth is getting out and the dems are exposed (again) as empty suit posturers.
The GOP is very lucky that their main opposition is the dems.
