There was a complaint filed by the boys parents. Who cares if the boys family wanted it pursued or not or if the e-mails were legal or not. It was clearly inappropriate and action should have been taken when the parents complained. That action should have been at the very least a complete investigation with the Page board.

The Republican leadership should have zero tolerance for this type of behavior.

Hastert knew about the "Katrina" email..They asked he no longer contact their son and Foley was informed to no longer write him..There was no sex in those emails.

I suppose you think the parents should shoulder no responsibility like restricting their sons time on the computer etc.,
