Wvery time the computer is turned on, the IM software will "run home to mama" to announce your presence automatically.
So, it could be someone else turning on his computer.

YES! Saw it myself....and I heard Nancy Grace mentioned it too. SO.....either Foley found a way to get on his account while in rehab.....or it could of been the FBI.....BUT...it could be someone else has access to it too.
