I agree, I also think rehab or not, Foley owes it too the party to come out with a statement ASAP about what he was doing, and when he was doing it. It doesn't have to go into details, just tell us which media outlet is telling the truth. Is Drudge right? was it a prank he got caught up in, or is ABC right with all these additional stories that are popping up? He could say, "although I can't get into details, I did IM one page 3 years ago, but no more than that,etc." The rumors and innuendo could be stopped tonight, if he did that.
He can't do that while he is in rehab. Once you enter rehab for thirty days you aren't allowed to do anything but what they tell you to do.
