Has anyone seen or heard of Foley since he went into rehab?

I read on that gay activists blog that he'd been hounding Foley everyday since January 2005. To be an alcoholic, this scandal breaking, being harassed daily, running for re-election and trying to hide your sexual preference from the world would be more than enough to cause anyone to have a complete mental breakdown.
