Pelosi said she would not testify under oath.
Pelosi said she would not sign any affidavit on the matter.
Oath testimony and Affidavits can be used for self incrimination.
Hence, she is exercising her 5th amendment right.
WHO asked HER? WHEN? And, what was the context of the question?
Nancy Pelosi sure is refusing a LOT and so far, getting away with it..
IF the story is true that Hastert backed off having Freeh do the investigation because SHE said NO....
And if she did say NO....why???
Why would she refuse to testify under oath or sign an affidavit??
I think any reporter worth his/her credentials BETTER get those answers..
I'll renege on my earlier opinion ~ Nancy has got to be waterboarded now. Only way we can trust what she says.
