Oh, no, not so fast. The story now becomes "What did the media know and when did they know it? Why did Brian Ross deliberately lie to the public, libelling and slandering Foley as a pedophile and Hastert and others as pedophile-enablers? Why did Brian Ross (and ABC) mix and match email and IMs from two different young men in order to make Foley look even more heinous? Why did the young man, Jordan, just hire a top defense lawyer? Was he blackmailing someone? What was the role of the radical gay group in planning this persecution of one of their fellow-gays (Foley)? What did Dim operatives know? What did Nancy Pelosi know and when?"

Those are just a few of the riveting questions left to be answered in this interesting election story. I think the Pajama Media is going to score another Rathergate on this one.
