I don't use AIM, I use MSN Messenger and their chat logs are located at:

C:\Documents and Settings\YourName\My Documents\ChatLogs\YourScreenName\history\ScreenNameOfPersonYourTalkingTo  and it's a simple XML file.  My logs go back to 1999 simply because I haven't taken the time to go out and delete them, or found a reason to delete them, but this Jordan probably has the same computer he had in 2003 and his logs are still on his hard drive.  The question is who got into his computer, when did they do it and why did they do it.  If it was Jordan that gave them to ABC you'd think he would be bright enough to remove his screen name himself before turning them over.

Well, turns out this guy isn't so bright. He actually gave the log files to an intermediary, who gave them to ABC. But, we are talking about liberals and leftests here, and critical thinking isn't a strongpoint.
