I don't disagree with that assessment. I thought of that myself. Nevertheless, although he may have been an EXTREME minority, there are Republicans at Berkley. It is still a well respected law school and I'm sure there might have been some family tie to the school as to the reason he attended. Anyway, that is a good premise.
