I've had dealings with two such people in my life - most are fooled, but sooner or later, their arrogance takes them too far and they get caught.
You need to think about this for a minute. Right now, the dems are screaming for every republican leader's head on a platter because they "tolerated that pedophile" Foley. If the kid is over eighteen at the time of the messages, the pubbie leaders could not have done anything more than they did BY LAW!
What changes is not the wrongness of Foley's actions, but the ramifications of the actions of the leadership. This is a case where the dems are playing "gotcha" - regarding ONLY the pubbie leadership - without any facts on their side.
None of this would be relevant, except that Brian Ross and (apparently) the dem machine have lied their way into a corner. If the truth doesn't come out, then many good men will have chosen to do nothing - exactly how this evil wishes to triumph. The lies must be exposed.

Yup I agree. It's disgusting but it's not sex. Especially if this page was 18 at the time - it's entirely legal (at least I think it is) Now if he met the page and did something sexual when he was underage THAT IS A DIFFERENT STORY. Even at 18 I think its disgusting.

I agree - not only are they harping on the underage aspect but many cable media are calling them "children"... Actually - didn't that Dem. political ad says something about abusing children???
