Yes, that's what I heard and had the same reaction (I also looked for a thread here). O'Reilly didn't even really make much of it.

Yes, that was what I heard. I don't think this would have come up if they hadn't been discussing the Clinton meltdown on Chris Wallace's show and Clinton's claim they left "a plan." It was the subject of the plan that led to the bombshell.
