Well, there went jail time for Foley.
I guess we will soon discover that Foley has had sex with underage boys, and this is a premptive measure to place his ass in victim-status before arrest warrants are drafted.

Yeah, he might not have had actual contact with *these* pages, but it's not likely he's gone 50 years as a gay man without acting on his sexual interest in teenagers.
