Think about this... his IM password could have easily been hacked, and someone is loggin on as him, participating in sex chats, and then sending the logs to ABC. Not at all out of the range of feasible.
And then forced him to resign, enter rehab, and have his lawyer state that Foley blames only himself for what happened? Sorry, not feasible.
