My guess is that this dirtbag (Foley) will "unload" on the Republicans. He will start pointing fingers, and the media will do its thing.I don't think Mr. Foley is that type of person.IMO he resigned so quickly for the sake of the party and don't think he'll blame them for the mess.

He resigned so quickly he may have gotten buyer's remorse and now thinks he acted rashly and he wants to revoke his resignation.
Is his resignation actually effective at this point? Is there some waiting period under house rules after the letter is received or some such other BS?
