I don't really think Foley can pull a "Nevermind" at this point.

There's the usual defenses. If not to make him look innocent, at least to ameliorate some of the charges. But of course, it doesn't work. Just because the boy was 16 doesn't make him a minor? What would be saying if Barney Frank had solicited a 16-year-old for sex? Also, the usual "he wanted it" defense and of course, the comparisons to Clinton. Weak defenses to be sure, but they are certainly out there. Actually in the eyes of DC law 16 is not a minor(16 is the age of consent). I don't like that but that's a fact, also was foley as barney frank have a house of prostitution in his residence.
And guess which one is out of Congress, while the other holds power and prestige in the democrat party(the answer is barney frank).

What does it matter? So what... It's like telling secrets to the town crier. Why in the world are you so surprised that the town knows the secrets.
It's what democrats do...

You beat me to it. It's funny how no one ever watches MSNBC - - they just happen to flip to it. ;) Matthews irritates the heck out of me but I'm addicted. It's always good to see what the other side is up to! I do catch Tucker sometimes on MSNBC but usually have the channel turned to FNC. CNN and MSNBC do seem to break news quicker than FNC, especially when it comes to bad news about Republicans. Wonder why?

He's changing parties so he can now be a HERO and ROLE MODEL...
and a congressman again.

I have no problems with asking why didn't ABC go to law enforcement agencies about this. What I am worried about is that we will start saying this some sort of a Democratic trap.

How funny would it be if the name were traced to someone other than Foley?Like maybe Jack Murtha?

;) Actually, it would take some work to find your real name. ...so it wouldn't be a problem. 'Course if you put a picture, bio and phone number on your home page it would make it SO much easier to find out about you.

I think I said:
But were these boys minors in DC, since the age limit is 16 there?
If you think I was defending Foley, you're wrong. I was simply asking about the legal intricies of a law that says you can legally have sex at 16, but you can't have someone talk sex with you on the computer.
So, don't use what I said to make your case that people are defending this idiot.

Does LGF know about this? Their resources are pretty good.

That would be poetic justice.
