You are right. This kid sounds like he wasn't that upset with Foley's IM's because he stayed online with him and kept the conversation going. Apparently he knew exactly what he was going to do with the IM history as he was talking with Foley.
BINGO. He was paid for those IM's and it wasn't in the last few months, IMO.
